I take pride in providing high quality products for each and every customer but sometimes things happen. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

To report problems with any of these issues, email tattoosbyraychill@gmail.com and include a detailed description of the issue along with a photo of the misprinted/damaged/defective merchandise. These problems should be resolved in 2-3 business days and a new product will be shipped out.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Unfortunately, “Buyer’s Remorse” and size exchanges are not covered.
